Foundations for Life was written by Stu Kinniburgh with material and editorial contributions by Dr. Dan Hayden.  Stu and Dan have worked in ministry together for over fifteen years.

Stu Kinniburgh has followed God for over thirty years and is a gifted teacher.  He is a 20-year veteran of the US Army where, among other assignments, he served as an instructor at the Artillery School and also as a teacher at Wheaton College and as Professor of Military Science at Augusta State University. He also served on the staff of two churches and on the staff of a Scriptural teaching ministry after leaving the military.  He has taught studies and classes throughout the United States and has written Biblical teaching resources used by churches in the US, Africa and in the Military.  He earned a Batchelor’s degree in English from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University.  Stu is the Development Director for the Quo Vadis Institute, a ministry based in Austria that identifies and equips influencers to take a stand for faith in all areas of Europe.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Dan Hayden has the ability to communicate difficult biblical concepts in ways that are easy to follow.  His teaching offers a broad understanding of biblical truths and themes. Dan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Illinois, a Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministries from Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania.

Dan served as a pastor and Bible college professor, then launched Truth in Grace Ministries and began producing the daily two-minute feature, A Word from the Word, which has aired on hundreds of radio stations and is a popular internet podcast. He has authored several books and has produced numerous audio and video Bible study resources.  Dan Hayden is the director of biblical research and education at Sola Scriptura, a teaching ministry associated with The Scriptorium, Center for Biblical Antiquities and the Van Kampen Collection of biblical texts and artifacts.
